It seems the notification email states that please DO NOT reply to this
email.

case our 140 is rejected by June and I don't use the EAD until after June ,
I can still use my OPT expiring in June and my husband's H1b is still valid?
BTW, our case is in NSC.

your EAD card. So if your purpose is to catch the timeline, just submit
your 485. Worst case, if your 140 is denied, and you have not used EAD, your
husband's H1B still valid, you can convert to H4 in that case.

We just received lawyer's email about RFE. We just need to provide an
employment letter stating that my hubby's position is a permanant research
position. So should be a simple one.
I guess if I apply for 485 EAD, then I can't apply for H1b during pending
status? If 140 is denied, I'll have to find an agent to help me submit H1b
before June..
Things are so complicated...
