移民局给的包括 中国国家发明奖等都是属于至少国家级别的。

以在RL里面 猛吹你的贡献很突出，也拿到了啥啥啥，也是起到不少效果的。

USCIS defines. It is up to you to claim or not.
Let me put this way, even you do not claim in I140, the IO will help you to
claim if you provide the prize/award material. And your final result relies
nothing on whether you claim or not but whether the totality meets or not.
So it is an overall package that matters rather than whether you satisfy one
or two criteria.
