But I think most of Jan/Feb 485 should be EB2's, and they cannot get
approved at this time point, which means only EB1's 485 can get processed
Just don't know why it takes such a long time...

It has bypassed the normal processing window, and the 4th SR has been
submitted. I will let you know if any update.

with
senator saying everything is ready, but they don't process it until the
processing date is current. |

your 485 to the wrong 140 case.

Fingerprints and FBI name check are current and visa is available, however
the I 485 was filed 02/07/12 and currently, we are processing adjudication
ready I 485’s which were filed 12/10/11.

was relinked successfully.

on Dec 10, 2011........... |

SR 4 weeks ago, and just received a letter recently, "your case is under
review, during 60 days, a decision will be made, etc." |
