需要提前使用工卡（新工作也是相近领域）。我是EB1A，6月底递交的485，现在
pending。我想知道，万一将来485有问题（当然我也不知道会是什么原因会导致被拒，
现在想不出来会有什么原因），我会失去status，需要必须马上回国吗？公司可以有什
么措施应对这种情况吗？如果不回去，再递交485在这边等着可以吗？

if you quit H1B sponsor job for less than 180 days, yes. But not
recommended. Better file I-485 again(with a PD current immigrant petition)
after you reenter with H1B visa. |

So the new company file H1b using PP, and I still have to leave if that
happens. Then how the PP at US can help? Because I need to go through all
the visa application process in China.
Also if they know your 140 has been approved, is it more likely to deny the
H1b visa application?

发帖数: 8496 | 4 Your last H1 has gone after you changed job using EAD because you cannot
provide recent paystub from the old company. If you request COS and get
denied, the DHS/DOS systems will show they determined you have no non-
immigrant status and ask you to leave US by a certain date. If you request
consulate notification, USCIS won't make your status decision and there won
't be such alert in your record. |
