发帖数: 8496 | 3 if after 1 year out of US, then before she will leave China for US, she
should get SB1 visa from US consulate.
Or if she is healthy can suffer "Ze Teng", she will enter using her GC, and
spend hours (or even one night) at CBP, she will be released usually by end
of the day with a deferred inspection stamp and notice to appear. So if she
chooses this way, don't book her connection flight on the same admission day
