Have your AP or EAD been approved?
I was told that if your AP or EAD was approved, that means that your 485 is
based on EB1 140. Is that right?
Anyone has suggestions?

different IO. If you think your case has been pending too long, it is better
to seek help as soon as possible.

come after 3 weeks. But 485 is still pending, for four months.

although AP was approved fast.

update, I will report. Also calling USCIS customer service is useless,don't
waste your time on that. I called them last week and got a very rude
response. The second level officer complaint me that I called too often. 真
是气死我了，谁吃饱了撑的想call你啊。 |
