If your Form I-485 is related to an employment-based visa petition (Form I-
140), you must submit a letter on the letterhead of the petitioning employer
which confirms that the job on which the visa petition is based is still
available to you. The letter must also state the salary that will be paid.
想请问一下：EB1A是employment－based 的么？必须要交这个letter么。能用offer
letter 代替么？ 我想先确认一下，再向人力资源的人要。我也不知道为什么HR的人开
个这个信就那么难。

很简单，就是让系里负责HR的秘书帮我写了一封信，说我现在在系里做什么研究就行了
。。。salary什么的都没写。。 |
