我能不能通过NIW申请绿卡，还是必须要公司的支持？ 有没有其它途径申请绿卡？

因为申请NIW的基本都是博士。我担心我是硕士，是否需要特殊的材料支持。

requirement on degree.
get more reviews, try eb1a -- which is by far the fastest way. Also talk to
your work to see if they are willing to sponsor eb1b (tip: always eb1b if
the situation allows -- unless you have like 400+ citation and a "for-sure"
pass eb1a case).
You currently qualify for niw, no problem at all. You can consider filing
niw to just get a-number to get in line early. apply for eb1 category once
you have more reviews to make your status concurrent. |
