非常的惊诧。
刚联系了140律师，她也觉得奇怪。律师正联系uscis询问.
实在想不明白为啥被revoke?

这里放更新内容和统一回复：
我考古了以前的case, 班上的确有一两个类似的情况。其中之一就是类似REF，要求增
加材料。
板上也有个大蜜的回复，说140 被intend to revoke 有三种原因 （1） 系统出错 （2
） quality check，被抽查 （3） 485 有问题导致revoke 140.
刚才说的例子，属于（2）。
因我收到的email上说 “Please follow the instructions in the
notice and submit any requested materials”，我希望我是（2），从140批的速度
上看（周四到，周一批）貌似TSC只是草草看了下我的材料。 可是比较疑问
的是会让我补充什么材料？
如果我是比较一般的case，比如 一 两篇文章，百次引用倒也罢了。 可我明明那么多
证据在那里，还能需要啥？
我一个怀疑是review不够多。
另一个怀疑是，我的author list 里有个last name 一样，first name initial 也一
样的，uscis 会不会看花眼觉得我造假？
如果是情况（3） ，我觉得按照常理，应该485 收到REF才对啊。
此外我没换过工作，老老实实的在这里。
非常的奇怪。难道真是催的惹恼了TSC?
收到notice之前，如坐针毡。
希望大家帮我出谋划策，有经验的也来说说。

我估计他们至多让你重新递交一个140
只要没revoke你的485就ok

receipt number，所以应该还是和140有关的。不知道他们要什么。我觉得应该就是一

希望只是系统出错了。但联系前后想一下，没有这么凑巧的revoke，感觉这帮官僚就是
不爽总是被催，纯属恶心报复外加拖延时间。卡最后肯定还是会给你的，但是得做好长
期抗争的准备。说实话和前面几位回复的一样，跟USCIS打交道这段时间真的越来越想
回国了

这些文章成果能拿的上台面，它怎么就能给我 revoke？
欺诈，造假，犯罪，前思后想都跟自己不沾边。这些东西如果有，它早就给我拒了485
了。何必现在去倒腾个140？
有版友说，可能是REF EVL 之类。 如果真是这个也简单。我工作一年都没变。 可是
eb1a按说连 evl 都不是必需的。 何必为这个大动干戈，给我revoke? REF 485 不就
得了？
从议员的回信中，我知道我的485 拖了这么久之后在他们supervisor 手里。但比较可
疑的是，这个 Notice of Intend to Revoke 在时间上恰恰是议员催了他们之后的10分
钟内发出的。 我现在还是无法确定是他们的一时冲动（被惹急了） 还是蓄谋已久被议
员 trigger了。

虽然不知道你的材料准备如何，不过亮点必然足够多的。
所以，即使最坏的情况，需要补充证据，挖掘一下，找新的推荐人，也都是毫无问题的。

485 pending期间已经换了一次工作，再有两个月又得被迫换工作，绿卡也迟迟没有消
息，更是如坐针毡啊。但是没办法啊，生活还得继续，我看你也别催了，我现在尽量不
去想绿卡的事情，该干嘛干嘛。有的时候你不去想它，反而很快就能下来了。
至于这个140 revoke, 你再耐心等几天，看看notice上面都说啥，和律师商量下如何回
复。你的case这么强，到哪里都不会差的。 |

比如引用跟你同名的 B Zhang 2013 可能会有很多 g家算法搞错给你算上去了
这种错误如果很多的话他们可能会怀疑你故意隐瞒..

是我的文章。
每个引用都是针对我选的自己文章的引用。 比如它说一个文章cited by 200 times.
这个200 的number是来自一篇篇的文章对我文章的引用，我大致看是对的。 可是即使
不对，我也没发更改这个200啊。

－ 议员打电话给TSC,说，““ official who handles the intents to revoke” 人
不在。等他消息确认。
－ 律师联系的uscis，转的T2, 这么说的
“
1) 在T2看到的uscis的系统里，我的140还是一年前批的状态。
2)USCIS 系统里没有任何NOIR 的信息。
3 )但是， case status 系统的信息，反馈到uscis系统，需要24-48小时。所以
T2看到的系统这几天可能会更新。
4)律师无法predict T2的系统会不会更新。
5) 律师让T2给我做了个 SR 来回应140的精确的状态。
”
－ 我自己打了个电话，T1 给我信息跟我在case status 的一样。
转了T2， T2 也说没看到 intents to revoke notice，并提到昨天的system
glitch. 我跟他确认是不是两种可能：
(1) case status is wrong. No such notice of intents to revoke.
(2) case status is right, their system is delayed.
T2 说是的。我能做的就是过几天看收不收到信，或者给他电话，看他系统更新不更新
。

我以前的申请本来被批了结果莫名其妙的reopen也不说明原因后来幸好我那个io特别特
别的nice，给我打电话让我不交材料，这样我的卡才下来的。
建议你找靠谱律师咨询一下，然后去info pass（info pass一般用处不是很大）

俗名搞混，造成同名同姓的人，又在同领域的文章搞在一起了。Google scholar 曾经
把我的citation搞到了500多。
如果楼主别的项不突出，比如1000多的引用(如果都是一作，二作)应该在业界小有名气
了，得个奖，当个大会品审，session chair很容易，甚至媒体报道什么的。如果这些
都没有，IO 会怀疑1500的引用可能有水分。我猜是这些原因。
不过还是祝福楼主。我和你14年前后脚的485。当时我们讨论过很多485 delay的事。

2000多条引用，我的确没有一条条去核对。 但我们自己领域内有一套引用统计系统，
数目和google scholar的统计是基本相符的，有时google sholar还少统计了。 律师意
见时用 google scholar，因为这个比较“通用”。
现在还没收到notice， 只能等等看它具体要RFE啥了。

再按文章每个做个分表，每个一个文章的独立引用都列出来。 一目了然。

1） 我自己在web of science 总结了一遍独立引用。律师说不行，用google scholar
的，因为和我交的140一致。
有个网站可以部分统计google scholar结果（http://cids.fc.ul.pt/cids_3_0/index.php），但还是担心不够精确。保险起见，还是自己一点点做。
所以我现在再一个个的核对独引， 一边核对，心里一遍遍问候着uscis。
google scholar难得是不能像wos一样自动输出格式化列表。就算程序抓取，很容易被
google block。
最难的一篇文章，你们知道左边屏幕上是百十个作者，另一个屏幕是100篇文章，挨个对
比有没有共同作者的滋味吗？
前面有版友，回复可以用google scholar -auth:"LASTNAME" -author:"First LAST"
... 的方法，对这种多作者的失效，因为google 对字符串有限制，填不了那么多作者。
后来我写了个小程序 （那些Diff 软件也试了，不行。python 的 diff libraray也不
行)，把左边作者copy 成 list1, 右边作者copy 成list2，然后字符
串比较，看看有没有任何重合，这才算省点事，可是还是得不断copy paste，手都酸了。
（有人要这个程序可以私信留信箱）。
2） 律师让跟几个作者要信，说明非一作文章的的贡献，起草信。
3） 发掘重点引用再找亮点说明影响力，这个也头疼中。
说实在的，我从来没像今天这么关注自己的文章和引用过。。。。

其他一点经验 打印google scholar 引用列表可以用wkhtmltopdf ， 写个小程序，自
动打印全部成PDF，然后整合成一个，这样出来的比较漂亮，能够显示自己的文章，页
数，url等，参数如下
