RFE LETTER说：

然后下面说了下我提供的审稿evidence缺哪里，哪里不足。
最后说，As discussed above, the beneficiary has not garnered a one-time
achievement award or met at lest three of the ten criteria.
也就是说，三项里面只有judge那个我没有met. 我想问的问题
1. 虽然整个letter里面没有totality字样，是不是最后一条的意思就是TOTALITY没有
met.那我在写rfe petition的时候，还要
response to totality么？
2. response to totality需要做什么？把前面的authorship and contribution再总结
一遍么？
3.petition提供的文件如果我需要在rfe petition里面refer，我是重新提供一遍，还
是就写please refer to petition exhibit什么之类的？？

发帖数: 1429 | 2 不知道楼主有多少审稿。 感觉应该是个相对容易的rfe 回复，毕竟最难的
contribution of major significance已经被认可了。
1. 字面上理解 和totality没关系，就是说3条只有2条满足。
至于回复的时候需不需要response to totality，还得高人来回答。
个人感觉最好是问啥就回答啥， 专门针对review写写就好了。
3。如果需要在rfe petition里面refer，最好重新提供一遍， | s*******o

主要是提供的thank you letter不是审稿之后的thank you letter.是同意之后的。Io
就说这不能证明我真的review过。

发帖数: 1123 | 4 很少有人审稿不过的，不过楼主应该没啥问题了。
简单说说，打印杂志主页，打印杂志排名，能找个编辑写个推荐信最好。一般就是证明
不是routine的。楼主当然要针对以下IO提出的不足。

发帖数: 912 | 5 其实审稿应该是很容易过的，建议问什么回答什么，totality 需要不需要回复，我不
清楚
(1)打印审稿后的thank you letter.表示确实完成了审稿
(2)证明期刊的排名或高影响因子，google citation，SCI等，总能找到排名靠前的排
行榜。
（3）说明一下，虽然审稿是学者的日常工作，但是被高水平的杂志请求审稿，表明申
请人在学术界的崇高地位。。。
（4）如果方便，可以找杂志主编写个信，说明找你审稿是因为你在该领域是专家，有
很高的学术声望，顺便把杂志的高水平再吹一下。主编的信其实可有可无，方便就弄。
