citation太少哈。最近收到NOID，求大家帮忙出谋划策，看看如何回复胜率更大呀。
“Although the evidence shows that the beneficiary has engaged in original
research studies and produced original results, the evidence fails to show
that this research and its findings constitute contributions to the academic
field as a whole.
1. Citation 太少，只有16个。所以”USCIS has evaluated the evidence and
determined that the evidence does not establish that the beneficiary is an
outstanding professor or researcher in accordance with 203(b)”
2. “With regard to the beneficiary’s contributions, USCIS notes that
one of his letters of reference refers to the beneficiary developing a
spatial mining model to study the spatial distribution of crime hotspots and
the impacts by various policing strategies. However, aside from this
reference no other evidence on this subject has been presented.”
3. “While it appears that the beneficiary’s work has been of use to one
of his employers, a single reference in one letter does not indicate a
contribution of the level required for this classification. No other
evidence concerning the actual use of the beneficiary’s work has been
submitted. Without this type of evidence, it is difficult for USCIS to
concede that he meets the criterion regarding a contribution to his field.”
打算：1.陈述虽然citation少，但是引用我的人都是牛背景，牛机构； 2.再多要几个
工业界和学术界推荐信。大家还有什么好点子？版上牛人多，集思广益哈。 |

还好这个NOID不是0214或其他的模板，列的三条基本名了有针对
针对1，深挖你的细化领域横向纵向对比你的citation虽少但精
2,3貌似一回事，让你多举证你方法理论的应用，一个办法是像你说的多找几个关键的

Thursday.
Our IO is the infamous 0214 (Mark) so we feel there was a high percentage of
luck.
Anyway, still a few tips for future applicants:
1. do homework, try to dig as much as possible, and let the lawyer do the
trimming and organization work. For example, I have a company prize and my
company is multinational, so the lawyer included prize in the response
letter and claimed it a international prize. Had I not mentioned that prize
to the lawyer, she would never know that.
2. try to reach out as many people as possible. I asked people who cited my
paper for a support email and it worked well.
3. consulting with friends or experienced people will always give you a
different perspective and calm you down.
4. Prepare beforehand if you feel there is a high chance of RFE or NOID. I
did not use PP and during the wait my citation increased 50% (well, it
started from low) which became a strong evidence in the response letter.
Also my patent was submitted during the wait.

还有就是等的时间比较长，材料增加了不少。
我们自己也算努力，加上律师给力，所以觉得最后response letter应该算是high
quality。 |
