I am in the category of EB-1A, extraordinary ability, and do not need an U.S
. employer to act as a sponsor/petitioner for my Green Card application.
I had been working in AAAA for the past years, and my term was just ended on
Date1 due to the fact that my H1B visa has reached the six year limit. I am
now in Change of Status of H4 pending and not allowed to work.
However, I will have a position in BBBB starting as early as Date2
contingent on when I am legally allowed to work. The official offer letter
for this position is still under preparation. The email confirmation for
this position, together with the official job description, is included in
the I485 application package, which I hope serves the employment
verification purpose well. The job description shows that I will remain
working in the same area I filed for my EB-1A case. | C*********r

employment上。看来共同的感觉是第一段太直接了，我还是再修改一下的好。

140的时候不需要evl，不代表485的时候也是
请把eb1的全称拼写一下
版上有人因为没有evl被485 rfe的，回复eb1a不需要evl再次被rfe的

I was working with XXXXXX from Dec. 2008 to Dec 2014. I decided to start my
own business and left XXXXXXX in Jan, 2015. On Mar. 12th, 2015, I officially
started my own company, XXXXX, which will focus on research and providing
the scientific and technical consulting service in the area of molecular
biology and cancer biology.
Please be noted that as a self-petitioner under E11 (also known as EB1A)
category. I am NOT required to have a permanent job position to warrant my
application, thus the changes in my employment status will NOT affect the
eligibility of my I-485 application as long as I will continue to be engaged
in the same area of my extraordinary ability.
