是说承认所有claim的，但是totality不够么？公司律师寄材料前PL都没让我看，看了
具体回复，律师果然还是把patent application算进去了。。。哎！虽然知道自己case
不强，但应该也不是太弱吧。遇到0214是不是可以直接move on了？他到没直接要
thousands of citations,但是说the number of independent citations of her work
(95 in GS) does not substantiate that she is recognized internationally as
outstanding in the academic field.
哭求版上各位经验丰富的，我该如何应对？
背景：CS PHD
大公司 R&D
4 papers + 5 posters & abstract (好像律师只claim了4 papers)
review: 11 + two conference PC
citation: 现在涨到100多了 包括自引他引
RL: 4 independent (美，韩，德) + 1

律师连offer letter都没提供。。。我真的好想骂人。。。。

楼主多准备几封独立推荐信 好好回复。单凭你贴的内容，0214对你的case已经开了几
百辈子恩了啊，你要用强有力的推荐信回复证明这小一百的独立引用多么的有分量

多时候是我们自己掉以轻心了。 |

我坚信的就是，如果你withdraw了，就是100%没有希望，但是回复可能有机会落入其他
移民官手里，比如0214休假，jury service, 病假等等。你withdraw后下次还可能是
0214, 虽然就是1/N的中签率，但是如果你fight了，即使失败了，0214下一次也不能再
审你的材料（这点求确认），钱都花了，为什么不博一下？
至于留案底，我感觉这个案子到其他移民官手里是很好过的，其他移民官即使看到你这
个案底，也不会因此拒你，原因很简单，因为网上有很多eb1b 50+, 60+ 的案子过了
，拒你不是等于抽自己耳光么（除非移民局整体提高要求）？
