前两天刚刚这边问了SR的答复问题，今天就绿了。

下面是我们催绿的一些动作。也不知道有没有帮助。
现在看来，Infopass那位USCIS职员说的还蛮准的。
SR by our lawyer, Jan/03/2017
Response by USCIS on Jan/19/2017 :
Your case is currently pending adjudication. We are unable to provide you
with a time frame for completion at this time. However, we will make every
effort to issue a decision or notice of further action on your case as soon
as possible.
Congressman's Constituent Services by ourselves, Feb/8/2017
Response by USCIS on Feb/10/2017 :
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show that the
priority date of the cases for which your constituents are inquiring is
currently available and that USCIS is processing the cases. Your
constituents may check the status of their cases by entering their receipt
number in the Case Status box found at Check My Case Status or by calling
the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283. Your constituents
may also register online for automatic updates by clicking on Sign-up for
Case Updates. If after 60 days from the date of this email USCIS has not
notified your constituents regarding the status of these cases, please feel
free to contact our office to request the status.

Response by local USCIS officer:
The lady told me my case was last touched on Feb/14 PM, and she told me
everything seems ok with my case. The case has been with an IO. And she also
told me we should receive a decision within 30 days if every documents are
ok.
SR by our lawyer, Feb/24/2017
Response by USCIS on Feb/28/2017 :
We have received your service request and researched the status of your case
. We have had to perform additional review and this has caused a delay in
processing time. Your case is currently with an adjudicating officer. You
should receive a decision or notice of further action within 60 days. |
