high tech foreigners. Check their website. On the banner it says "buy
American and hire American".
No China-born applicants with PD earlier than 2016Nov still don't have a
green card yet. The date they put there is completely nonsense, given that
Oct is the first month of fy 2020 and they need to issue any least 2800
green card to china eb1.
