Bloomington. But the judge decided the defendant (seller) to keep the
earnest money.
After home inspection, there are many problems in the for-sale-house,
suggesting the poor overall construction quality. My realtor (buyer realtor)
told me that I directly rejected the house with 100% guarantee for my
