现在想换成B基金，请问是A基金自动被当前价格卖掉然后买成B，还是仅仅以后的钱自
动投入B?

This should be the same fro Roth 401k or traditional 401k.
If you choose the exchange fund A for fund B, then fund A is sold and the
proceedings are used to buy fund B.
You can also change your contribution, which will not affect existing
positions in funds A or B, only affect how your future contribution will be
invested.
