那些小学前的冬冬是要自己出钱嘛？如pre-school, kindergarden 等等.
据说娃到两,三岁就要上学,要学点东西,那上的是什么学? 要钱吗？
如果上daycare, LD不上班,是不是不能用FSA? 也没有child care credit?

You need to pay the tuition for preschool. From kindergarten onwards you do
not have to pay for public school, but you will face frequent school/
classroom fund raising activities. Most elementary school student leave
school early in the afternoon, so if both parents are working, you will need
to pay for after-school care.
The expense is not qualified for dependent care FSA in this case.

if both is working, Do I miss any tax benefit for
1) the tuition for preschool (FSA, Coverdell ESA)
2) fund raising activities (can they be counted as charity/donation? I think
they cannot be counted into FSA? Coverdell ESA?)
3) after-school care fee (FSA, Coverdell ESA)
4) other fees, such as summer camps, private piano lessons etc. (Coverdell
ESA)
(am I right for the above possible included benefits?)
I think tax deduction (up to 4k), hope credit, lifetime learning credit all
are for
