After a review, I found the "eligible" referred by BlueSnowman means if the
contribution can be use for tax saving. Seems like the post implies that you
cannot enjoy both pre-tax 401k and pre-tax IRA, instead you can only pick
one.
Any one can clear on that point: can I have both?
