for show. The last major securities
case in which government scored a victory is against Michael Milken.

SO you have upside of $180 and downside of $20. Not a good deal.

criminal case. Those will be resolved soon
or later.
The big question for GS and other big IBs is, currently they are subsidized
by the US gov (access to Fed
discount window) with implicit guarantee (too big to fail). GS and the like
should pay the price for those. It's
not fair to bet on derivatives using tax payer's money, head GS win, tail
tax payer lose.
