。一般match更高% of salary就更低。两个都高那vesting schedule大概就是6年100%。
Match和cap和vesting schedule 都很好的就是非常好的401k plan.

and get that $8250 match, without any vesting restriction. Personally, I
haven't seen any other companies having a 401K policy more generous than
Google.
