ishare bond ETF,比如说TIP和LQD,基本上每个月都有divident，如果我在普通brokera
ge account持有一个月，或者持有一年，都是一样的税率吗？不像capital gain分long
term short term那样？

I think the dividends from ur TIP, IVV and LQD can be the Qualified Dividend.
Qualified Dividend Tax Rate for year 2008-2012:
If your Ordinary Income Tax Rate is 10%, ur Qualified Dividend Tax Rate is 0
%.
If your Ordinary Income Tax Rate is 15%, ur Qualified Dividend Tax Rate is 0
%.
If your Ordinary Income Tax Rate is not the two listed above, ur Qualified
