。税前是现在不纳税，以后拿出来纳税。

大约跟你说下税前放进去的好处（我是三脚猫 如果有不正确的地方 望大家包涵指正）
1、你等于跟政府借了30%（税率）的钱来投资，收益归你。而且收益是tax free的。
2、等你退休以后往回拿，由于那时候十有八九你已经没有工资了，所以还会享受一定
的tax deduction。

For tax diversification purpose, everyone needs to be a roth. And also,
there are some advantages such as Required minimum distribution in the
future.
The whole point of the roth vs. pre-tax money is the current marginal tax
bracket and the future rate.
