如果现在转成Roth Ira, 要交税40,000x25%=10,000, 将来的40,000 growth 不交税。
如果现在不转,退休后的税率还是25%,则要交税收80,000x25%=20,000。如果退休后税
率是12.5%, 则要交税80,000x12.5%=10,000。
如果annual growth rate 是3%, 25年后4万就变8万了,所以这个假定不离谱。而且退

Now the portion is 85%.
The congress make laws regarding tax, and the previous congress has no
binding force to the next congress.
