的地方，但没听太清楚，特此来咨询一下诸位，pros & cons?

理解是，401k是公司开的，所以受公司的限制，尤其是只有很少的投资选项，而IRA是
属于个人的，原则上你可以用来做任何投资。
不知道这样理解对不对，对于我这样的投资外行来说这个区别貌似可以忽略的。 |

you want to borrow from 401K.
