"Check Schiller’s P/E 10 to determine if the equity allocation needs to be
adjusted based on extreme valuations. If Schiller’s P/E 10 increases to 25
or higher, equity allocation can be decreased as much as 15% below the set
rate until it returns to 16, and if P/E 10 decreases below 11, equity
allocation can be increased as much as 15% over the set rate until it
returns to 16. This may trigger a rebalancing event on a different date." |
