如果要从roth取钱的话，不满59.5岁都有10％penalty么？网上有些地方说本金不用，
有些地方说只要401k都有。
本金怎么算？IRS的官网例子，一个人14000， 11000本金，3000投资所得，然后他
rollover7000，那个3000就算在这个7000以内了。那如果我取钱这个投资的钱也是先算
么？比如我取5000。网上说5000小于本金，不用。 |
