Bogle对international的否定态度不是完全没道理，在他那个年代至今，美国就是不二
的老大，其他经济体跟着它一荣俱荣一损俱损，关联很大，所以他认为只需要有US
market exposure就够了。但今后还是不是这样，就不好说了，我坚信将来经济的活力
就在新兴市场， 如果没有international 会有performance的损失。
另外，vanguard 的大部分international fund都是不hedge currency risk的，加
international fund 就等于加入了currency exposure, 多了一份diversification的
因素。如果你相信美元长期相对其他currency必定走弱, 有一个non-hedged的
international fund会boost performace. | M****e
