On a sarcastic note, a great plan, in my opinion, should have the following
features: (1) low cost index funds, target date funds or index etfs and
nothing else (2) heavy penalty if you change your asset allocation (3) heavy
penalty if you stop contribution while you still have your job. some
features of this kind of nazi 401k plan are reminiscent of those insurance
products that most of us despise. some people will cry foul this is yet
another government money-grabbing scheme. but i think this is probably
beneficial for the general public | l*****o
