是应该去开一个roth ira或者其它的么?
实在是完全不懂,请大家指教。

tax money to ROTH is a good idea, take advantage of your temporary low tax
rate.

taxable income line 43 in FORM-1040 for this year's taxable income, and
find your marginal tax rate to see if it make sense to do it now, since a
year from now your household income may back up. Otherwise, you may leave
the money alone, or consolidate to a single rollover IRA from 401(k). But do
NOT commingle 401(k) money with your other IRA money.

2015 Roth contribution phase out range for Married Filing Jointly is $183K-$
193K.
If you will experience significant household income drop this year, it's a
good idea to convert to Roth - you will have to pay tax this year (which is
the reason you want to do the conversion while tax rate is lower this year),
but you will never have to pay tax again for that money.
