发帖数: 110 | 1 这个月刚开的fidelity 401k，应该是属于traditional 401k了，pre-tax的那种。好多
问题搞得小弟很抓狂。现一一列出，请高人回复时也请加上序号。谢谢。
1. 公司match的那部分是不是叫contributions？
2. 什么是current balance, vested balance？
3. 账户自动给买了一个叫FA ASSET MGR 20% I的东东，这个怎么样。不好的话，怎么
转成其他的项目？
4. 账户里看到holding目前购买的金额只有自己扣除的那部分金额。为什么
contributions那部分没有用来去投资呢。
5. 账户里公司投资项目不是很多，现在贴出来，大家看看怎么选，谢谢。

6. 市面上有其他的401k rollover，请问想把公司401k的金额转过去，具体如何操作，
contributions也可以转过去么？

reading the brochures of your 401K plan or giving your 401K administrator a
call.
FA ASSET MGR 20% I or FASIX seems to be the default option of your plan. If
you dont pick an investment yourself, the plan picks FASIX for you. It is a
very conservative balanced fund (20% stock 80% bonds and cash) and is
probably not a good choice for young people. My guess is you are young and
have limited investment knowledge. I would suggest freedom 2030 or 2040 for
now. Read some books and later decide what your ideal investment would be.
401K is a company specific plan. While you are still working for the company
, you cannot roll over to other places. |

familiar with Fidelity Freedom series. But they seem to be much more
aggressive than the namesake vanguard funds. for example vanguard 2030 has
26% allocated to fixed income. But Fidelity 2030 has only 13% in fixed
income. That is why I hesitate to recommend fidelity funds with further
retirement date.

站上放满401k后还有roth 401k，这个不同于Roth IRA吧？请问也要放吗？非常感谢！
