说明你们公司的401k计划不好。放sales charge这么高的品种给你选。
Match得多吗？不多的话不如自己在外面开个IRA做投资了。 |

准备自己试一下 买个一个月的 看看有没有收3.5%
公司match4% 倒是比这个多 难道就想让狗吃了算了

annual expenses for holding this stupid fund on an ongoing basis. Don't even
bother with it! And there is no point in trying it out to see if you are
lucky. I bet you don't even know how to find out how much you are charged.
My suggestion is to put the 401k money in whatever fund that has the lowest
expense, and then roll over to better funds once you quit the job. In the
mean time, learn more about investing and educate your colleagues and
benefit department how terrible such funds are, that is, if you want to stay
there for a long time. |

3.5%是免收的 虽然管理费好像不少 但至少那个是按年收 而且没有什么选择
