发帖数: 212 | 1 I got an offer from a company. in the offer letter it saids that "if you
voluntarily terminate the employment within first 6 months of hiring date,
you will be required to reimburse the company".
my question is if i accept this offer, but decided not to go before the
starting date, do I also have to pay back the H1B tranferring expenses?
I know the company will start get my H1B tranferring rolling as soon as
accept this offer.

No, I don't think so.
You have not been hired by your company until you start working for it.
Therefore, your hiring date will be the first day you join the company.
Signing the offer letter itself doesn't mean you are hired.
