200K-300K you can get a really good house(3000-4000 sqr Ft), even with pool.
The small house only cost around 150k.
Comparing with 1.3M buying a 1500 Sqr Ft old house,
the living quality is = 20W in Bay area
The only problem is the weather. No outdoor hiking and so on from May-Oct |

其实不怕热的人也无所谓了，而且这里的热是干热，不想国内南方城市的湿热。
