Is your offer now official with everything specified (including the
starting date)?
I vaguely recalled the official offer should specified the starting day
with salary and benefit information. If you want to change the starting day,
do they have to draft out another offer letter?
We are in the same boat. That is why I am asking the questions |

份开始上班的条件下offer有效。估计如果starting date推迟一周也还好，就怕推迟到
9月，10月估计就需要新offer了(如果给的话)。:( |

发帖数: 4928 | 9 I remember that LCA takes about 7-10 business days. Premium H1 takes about
3-15 business days.
So the soonest that you can get h1 is within one month. But if you previous
employer has reported the termination of your employment at
their place to USCIS, you may need to reenter to activate your new h1 visa.
Hopefully there is a new I94 card coming together with your h1 approval so
that you won't need go outside US to get a new one.

道咋回事。

我觉得要不了7-8周, LCA 2 weeks, and PP 15 calendar days,
差不多4周够了， 你多问问律师进度。
