job if you couldn't get the behavior questions right.
I am in the same boat: those questions bother me a lot. I am still working
on it. Basically you need to be able to tell stories. For everything you
put into your resume, you should have a 1-2 minutes story for it.
In addition, the best answers to those behavior questions are the stories
you prepare. Prepare the stories in SOAR format, then you have a good one to
tell, at the same time it shows your accomplishment and personality/
leadership.
