我问了一个同学，他的是说直接给，没什么committee。但是他的公司还没上市，我这
个早已经上市了。所以我不知道是不是因此有区别，想请问一下你们拿到的offer里面
关于RSU是咋说的呢？多谢 |

老大您就说说你知道的情况，RSU通常都这么规定的么？多谢

我的公司没上市，但是offer也是说recommend。去了等到他们下次board meeting的时候（过了两个月）才正式给的。
