r**********n 发帖数: 97 | 7 Review has 5 ranks. 1, 2 and 3 are all good. You are safe and get some good
rewards. You are able to xfer to other group with score 1, 2, and 3.
4 and 5 are the dark side. If you get a 4, you get minimal reward and will
have hard time to xfer to other group. However, your job should still be
safe. 4 is about ~10%. 5 is the dangerous score without any reward. It's
only ~5% and it's the score that you have to worry about your job. However,
the most case I know is that you won't be kicked off when the first time you
get 5. You will have to review an improvement plan with your manager but if
you can't deliver what in the plan. You will most likely get another 5 and
be kicked off.
The rank is usually fixed in general manager/partner level. It's about 50-
100 people.
