1） 将probability score乘以一个常数，使之变为整数，再加上限，比如if score
> 100 then score=100。同时告知这个Score也可以当probability使用（除以100即可
）。但假如你的score是要卖给第三者，你就要防止别人reverse engineer你的score的
话，这个方法不能用。
2） 可以将probability score 分100等分(PROC RANK)，每一等分的score为1， 2
， 3，…, 99, 100。
3） 看看probability score的分布，以中值为中心，定为score=50，再向两边发散
。这样的话，你可以“制造”一个正态分布的score。

但我的insurance premium是付得比较多。
search了一下，这个insurance credit score的模型考虑的点也是和普通credit score
差不多，比如hard pull， utilization等等，但是肯定考虑的权重不同，才会出现两
个score一个是excellent，一个是poor
哪位大牛对insurance credit score比较了解？知道这个score里面最看重的是啥？我

数人来说这点Score差异对贷款没什么影响；但对少数人来说（Credit Score恰好在某
个分数线附近），下降几分就可能导致利率显著的变化。
如果真想买车/买房，自己先查一下Score，或者让第一个商家查你Score的时候，你明
确说你需要一份Credit Score的Copy。后面给人看Copy就行了，等谈好价格了，再让他

I got another problem for Image J. My boos asked me to score TUNEL staining
for apoptosis, that means I need to score almost 1000 DAPI (nucleus) to see
among them how many TUNEL positive cell according to her. That is a lot of
scoring under microscope.
I wonder whether I can take images and use Image J to score DAPI (I just
need to score TUNEL).

适中，touring的配置完全符合我的要求，人造皮摸起来好爽。
我用True car找到了一家Mazda的dealer 叫Sansone Auto. True car 上面写2万3出头
+ TTL 可以搞定2014 Mazda 6 touring（MSRP 25,790). 我认为true car的价格还有水

上月月底过去试驾了下2015的(和2014没差别），感觉不错，但是没有我喜欢的红色。

爹的保修服务后MSRP变成了2万6多,在经过了一番舌战后他们最终愿意21900+TTL卖给我

有个big difference
mortgage agent说用户拿到的和他们拿到的是不同的credit score，通常consumer拿到
的是consumer credit score, 要比mortgage credit score高一些。

如果关掉1-2张信用卡，我的credit score会不会涨上去？
如果不行，还有没有别的办法涨credit score?

than 720 you are set.
But one more thing:They told me that the finance institution may reweight each
item in your credit file to get their own score. so the score you get from
Equifax is called a general score, it may be different from the score
you get when you have your finance institution pull out your credit report. |

，也没有收到他们的任何电话通知，被他们直接pull over 到collection company上去
了，然后在申请信用卡的时候被拒才发现有这笔钱没有支付。
前两天去交了欠的钱。
已经在credit report里面出现了这个collection company的report。
然后想查询credit score，去买了equifax 的credit score，被告之没有credit score
，原因是没有信用卡，也没有任何的loan。
想问问
1. 帐已经还了，这个记录在credit report 上面会影响以后的credit score 吗？
2. 没有credit score 正常吗？
3. 现在申请不到信用卡，如何才能积累信用？ |

发帖数: 9065 | 50 本人去年为了买房子，向Chase银行申请Pre-Approval Letter，给了3.875%的利率，5
年Arm，我的Credit Score为802分，时间是2011-08-01。
后来房子没有买成，于是开始乱花钱和开卡，买了辆车，为了杀价要了车贷，奸商居然
要我的8.25%的利率。让它多赚了首月300多的车贷，第二个月果断还清所有贷款，大约
3W多。后来陆续申请了Sapphire，UA Explorer和Hilton AMEX卡。
现在突然又想买房子了，再去Chase银行申请Pre-Approval Letter，给了3.25%的利率
，5年Arm，我现在的Credit Score为768分，时间是2012-04-24。
个人感觉：Credit Score 760分以上都一回事，过了800放心的搞Credit Card的Deal，
影响不大。但申多了卡可能副作用就出来了，需要用还车贷等方法来弥补。当然，本人
还有一个正在还贷的Townhouse，估计升Credit Score的作用更大。
看到网上有人为养Credit Score的问题，所以将本人的实例拿出来作参考。希望对大家
