如果给5000股RSU。每股价格是 按照preferred price == Valutation_after_last_
round_fund / num_outstanding_share 算呢还是按照409A appraiser估算的价格， 通
常后者比前着低很多（比如好几分之一）。
如果要和另外一家startup的offer里的stock option比较，这种rsu offer按哪个价格
估算比较合适？ |

For pre-IPO stock it face value comes out from the board meeting by major
share holders.It doesn't not matter how much the company has raised in
capital.Only when it is in the market it has value depends on the demands.
RSU or options in private is useless before it become public. |

就算不学经济的，也能弄个粗略的估算公式。难点只在于一项：上市或收购价值的期望
值。
