楼主材料物理phd毕业, 在加州一个半导体公司工作一年( Staff Engineer, Process
Integration)有余，现在H1B身份。因为家庭原因想relocate到东部，希望能有内部人

Venkatesan began his career with Motorola, Inc., serving in roles of
increasing responsibility including engineering manager of CMOS Platform
Development and as engineering director for Thoughtbeam, Inc., a Motorola
company.
Thoughtbeam was also the division that produced Cisco's
CTO, 没有CS／EE教育的烙印美女。 and the Thoughtbeam product
was high profile but subsequently abandoned due to bad data.

缺点冬天有点长,还有就不知道,前景怎样,有人很悲观,有人很乐观.
