标 题: 请教一下offer

准备今年夏天PhD毕业，刚拿到Skyworks的Senior Design的Offer，地点在IOWA，Base
是86K，Bonus的target是6.5%，根据表现，可以是from 0 up to two times your
target，签字费10K，股票四年给1250股，以入职当天股票价格算，Relocation Fee单
独联系单独结算。
目前人在国内，其他公司也有意向但是无法onsite了，这个offer要求10天内回复，所
以估计就得答应这个了，请问这个还能再提提价吗，感觉base有点少，另外股票是怎么
给的，如果按现在的价格算，skyworks大概每股70，这样1250股就是87.5K，感觉也不
少了，不知道我算的对不对。 |

This is a pretty good offer!
Yes, you can do negotiate, but you have to know how to talk.
If you are not sure how to talk, better don't do it.
Your goal is keep the offer. |
