I am looking for suggestions to work at a startup. I am currently a software
engineering manager in an SP500 company. Tired of politics and want to
switch to a startup. Any past experience you are willing to share will be
great!
I want to know the following areas:
1. Overall working experience. Is startup more challenging and exciting?
2. Compensation. Stock/salary/bonus, compare with large company?
3. People. Are people in startup more aggressive and arrogant?

发帖数: 6 | 2 Got an offer from an early stage startup (about 20 people). The salary is 7%
higher but since there is no bonus, that really means less than what I have
now. The office is really shabby, even though I don't think it is that
important.
