well established companies are not cutting off full time jobs, and their
expectation for internship program drops significantly in last 3 months.
Here are a few ways you can try:
1. Write to your alumni, but do not ask for internship, but for advice.
The first is to establish communications and some alumni really can provide
good insight on their internal potential internship after they know you
better.
