currently looking for an international accountant.The position is located at
San Jose, CA.
Responsibilities:
-Report to corporate controller and senior management , supervising all
areas of accounting operations, also including AR, credit, collections, cost
accounting, ERP, audit and risk management for our international
subsidiaries.
-Manage a team of individuals in U.S. and China
-Control and audit internal accounting operations
-Take a leadership role in establishing internal accounting operating
procedures and business controls that match the growth and complexity of the
company
-Ensure that the financials are accurate and reporting is timely thus
providing management with the best information possible to grow the business
.
-International travel is required, with an emphasis on travel to China
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Financial Management, MBA strongly
preferred.
-A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in full cycle accounting
areas
-Proven hands on experience in accounting areas including high volume AP/AR/
Credit
-The experience in industrial manufacturing or distribution business is a
big plus
-Familiarity with spreadsheet, word processing and accounting software.
-Action-oriented, self-motivated individual, willing to adapt to the demands
of a high-growth technology company
-Willing to roll up your sleeves and work with your team if it is what takes
to get a job done.
-Bilingual in Chinese is a big plus
