Title:Web UI Developer
Responsibilities:
•5+ years of experience authoring high traffic customer-facing pages
supporting all common web browsers
•Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax and UI libraries (e.g.
Yahoo UI, jQuery etc)
•Hands on experience with tools like Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flash and
Illustrator
•Strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written
communications
•Ability to perform reliable task breakdown and effort estimation
•Eager to go beyond the job description in order to make the product
successful
•Creative thinker who seeks to understand the business case as well as
the technical requirements
•Strong quality focus, including success with design reviews, code
reviews, unit testing, etc.
Education and Experience:
• BS in Computer Science or Equivalent
• Knowledge of Web Analytics (Omniture is a big plus)
• Experience in maintaining any CMS systems (drupal/joomla/crownpeak
etc.,)
• Knowledge of Web Servers like Apache
• Familiarity with HTTP/S protocols, network communication protocols
and performance analysis
•Strong team player eager to learn from others, mentor others and
continually improve self and team
•Experience with multiple software development processes
•Knowledge of scripting languages (PHP is a big plus) |
