Scientist/Senior Scientist, DMPK
Responsibilities include：
Design, execute and interpret data from preclinical ADME and in vivo PK
studies, including mechanistic studies;
Hands-on experience in handling and dosing for preclinical species, sample
collection and sample processing;
Be DMPK representative on program/project teams, provide timely written and
oral communication of program related updates to multidisciplinary teams and
line management;
Provide scientific and strategic input for early discovery, lead
optimization and selection of new drug candidates;
Collaborate with fellow team members and line/matrix management in setting
strategy and meeting timelines for successful program progression;
Interface with local and global multi-functional groups;
Contribute to a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, innovation
and professional development.
Desired Skills & Experience
Ph.D. or equivalent in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Medicinal
Chemistry or a related field;
2-5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in a DMPK setting;
Basic understanding of drug discovery/development process;
Demonstrated solid background in Pharmacokinetics with strong hands-on
skills in non-compartmental analysis and experience with PK/PD modeling;
Ability to effectively contribute both individually and in a team setting;
Ability to lead a team and coach their scientific and career development;
Excellent organizational, communication (oral & written) and problem–
solving abilities;
Strong communication in English is required.

Scientist, GLP Bioanalysis
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities：
1.Collaborate with line management in setting the outsourcing strategy and
provide timeline coordination for clinical and preclinical studies;
2.Provide technical support and monitoring to GLP bioanalysis studies in
Asia Pacific;
3.Provide bioanalytical support to in house PK/PD experiments;
4.Explore new technology and approaches to improve bioanalytical data
quality and throughput;
5.Provide necessary training to fellow scientists on analytical
instrumentation and biological sample preparation
6.May provide scientific input and represent DMPK in program/project teams,
including timely written and oral communication of program related issues to
multidisciplinary teams and line management;
7.Contribute to a positive work environment that fosters teamwork,
innovation and professional development
Qualifications/Requirements：
1.Ph.D. or equivalent in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry or
Pharmaceutical Science with at least 2 years hands-on industry experience in
GLP bioanalysis including responsibilities as study director and principal
investigator
2.Familiar with FDA, EMA, SFDA regulatory requirements
3.Demonstrated strong knowledge and background in LC/MS instrumentation,
separation science and sample preparation techniques.
4.Basic understanding of different aspects of in vitro/in vivo DMPK in drug
discovery and development;
5.Knowledge and experience in biomolecule immunoassay are desirable;
6.Strong English/Chinese communication and interpersonal skills. | y*****3
