Scientist/Associate Scientist Position
Advanced Cell Diagnostics, Inc. (ACD) is a leader in the field of in situ
nucleic acid detection for life science research and diagnostics. Our core
RNAscope® technology is the world’s first multiplex fluorescent and
chromogenic in situ hybridization platform capable of detecting and
quantifying RNA biomarkers in situ at single molecule sensitivity. We are
committed to continued innovation to bridge the gap between basic research
and clinical medicine to fulfill the promise of personalized medicine.
Position Description
We seek a highly creative and energetic Scientist/Associate Scientist to
join our R&D team. You will work within a highly dynamic group to develop
and optimize new assays based on our RNAscope technology and work closely
with our commercial team to identify and support customer needs. You will
take initiative and be willing to learn new techniques quickly and adapt to
shifting priorities.
Qualifications:
• A PhD in molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology or related
field
• Proven skills in experimental design and data analysis as well as
critical review of primary literature
• Experience in tissue/cell-based assays such as
immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization
• Experience in microscopy and imaging, molecular biology
techniques, cell culture, real-time PCR, etc.
• Prior experience in assay development is a plus
• Excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of common
biological software and databases
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive and flourish in a fast-paced growing start-up

不需要，那就是美国人，或绿卡持有者，而这样的人大都不会到这样的Startup去的。
