acquired LA business.
Major roles of the position cover financial management and procurement
management. Report to PRC General Manager and Executive Management
Committee of the PRC Headquarter.
Background of the LA business:
- A SME nutrition food business founded by an overseas Chinese family
in LA, recently acquired in majority by a leading PRC player.
- The LA company outsource product production to third-party
manufactures in the US and process packaging in-house. Major products
export to China market and small amount to other Southeast Asia market.
- Current annual turnover of the LA business is around US$6mn.
Major requirements for appropriate candidates:
- Understand financial management/internal control mechanism in
corporate or SME business.
- Have first-hand work experience with operation lines in sales,
procurement, finance, or general business management.
- Mature in personality, good communication and coordination skills,
team spirit.
- Ideally a B-school graduate with more than 3 years relevant work
experience.
Future career development of the position: participate in Company’s future
IPO as corporate CFO or IR Officer.
