发帖数: 34 | 1 The Sales Coordinator's responsibility is to coordinate the entire sales
order entry process, from quote to confirmation for the global sales
department. The individual will interact regularly with customers and
company to track and maintain timely information regarding inquiries,
requests, orders, schedules, issues and concerns.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and respond to customer sales inquiries via email or telephone,
Ensure quotes and proposals are accurately and timely prepared and followed
up. Consult with Director of Strategic Accounts on large quotations and
orders. Maintain SAP system include: Verification of part numbers / revision
levels / pricing and shipment commitment. Input and update of purchase
orders for both Goleta and Oversea. Forward confirming shipment schedules
back to customers. Input and update of long-term customer forecasts.
Follow up on outstanding customer issues to ensure prompt resolution:
Consult with Director of Sales & Customer Service on complex customer
problems. Collect, analyze, evaluate and present data in order to increase
productivity of sales. Proactively promote the capabilities of the
organization to new and existing customers. Maintain records of all customer
communications. Work closely with global engineering, quality and
production teams to verify customer print revision levels, warranty returns
and shipment schedules. Prepare monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis
reports.
Requirements:
• College degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Sales or
Marketing preferred.
• Previous experience in high tech industry, with a minimum of one
year of related experience as sales quoting in precision manufacturing or
service related field.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Computer skills - ERP experience & Microsoft Office, including
Word, Excel (intermediate), PowerPoint (beginner).
